      Can I modify products after the cut off time for a slot?

      No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after the cut off time for your selected slot.

      Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?

      Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

      How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

      Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

      How do I check the current status of my order?

      The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

      What You Receive Is What You Pay For?

      At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced to our Customer Care number below.

      Order cancellation Policy

      For orders which are cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery, we retain the 50% deposit amount. For orders cancelled or not picked thereafter, we retain full amount.

      Guest can choose for full refund - deposited in bank account Or credit note from TCT in case of cancellation 3 days or earlier prior to the delivery date.


      Why is there an order cancellation fee?

      We charge an order cancellation fee to compensate for the slot, time and effort incurred towards processing an order.

      Every order placed has to undergo a system driven process as well as a manual process in order to make sure the order reaches our customers on time, every time. For this purpose, a slot is booked for every order that gets placed in our system and the order picking process happens seamlessly. In this entire process we incur labor as well as an opportunity cost on the booked slot. During the event of a cancellation the entire process has to be stopped and reset. This takes up considerable processing time to open the slot yet again for another customer to order.

      Refund/Exchange 

       

      We take pride in our products and create them with love. At times, if you witness an unsatisfactory experience, please notify us immediately (within 6 hours of your pick-up/delivery) of your concern. 

       

      To claim the refund, kindly do not tamper the product until our executive reaches out to you for the claim.

      The refund will be transferred to your bank account in 7 business days. We may also issue an in-store credit for use toward a future purchase. 

       

      Order Cancellation Policy: 

       

      There are times when your plans might change and you need to get your order cancelled. We would gladly like to assist you in making all the possible changes to your order date and pick/up/delivery time whenever possible, in case the plan gets postponed. We reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee, if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the preparation of the order.

       

      Charges for cancellations will be as follows: 

       

      • For orders which are cancelled 48 hours prior to the delivery date, we retain 50% of the deposit amount. It is entirely up to our discretion, to offer any other options to the customer. 
      • For orders cancelled or not picked thereafter, we retain the full amount. 
      • For orders which are cancelled can choose for full refund, which can either be deposited in customer’s bank account or we can issue a credit note from TCT in case of cancellation 3 days or earlier, prior to the delivery date. 
      • Special orders like customised cakes, highly decorated cakes that are not picked up will NOT be refunded. 
      • Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s wrong information, address or availability will be taken back to The Cherry Tree Bakery and stored until further notice from the customer.
